Secure undercover garage with automatic door, in convenient location (suitable for parking and storage)

The garage is located on Butterfield Street. It is a 10 minute walk to the Royal Brisbane Hospital, including the bus interchange. There are also buses that travel on Butterfield Street during peak times.
The garage can only be opened with an automatic garage remote. The garage is separated from my neighbours’ garages with a wire cage, so is totally secure.
Please note that I use the garage to store some items, including my washing machine. This does not impact the space available ie there is still enough room to park a car.
The dimensions of the garage are 220 height x 290 width x 450 depth. Please note the garage door controller is on the roof, and at this point the height is 190. Also, the depth of 450 does not include the space at the back where I store some items.
