We are looking for someone to rent out our Garage for either car space or for storage. This is a covered garage accessible with a clicker remote control key. The garage is in a great location and can be used either storage or for a car. This garage is shared by two units and only ONE space is available for rent at $40 per week which is $173.33 per month.
Previously it has been used as a storage space and has been very safe to store things.
It can also be used as s second garage for your vehicle. Our building is located right next to a tram stop. Tram no. 19 will take you directly into the city, so if you are commuting from outer city suburbs and want cheap parking this would be a perfect solution for you.

Rules for my space
Would prefer someone to be using it as a long term storage space. But we are also open to someone using it for parking their car. We defintely want someone who is looking to rent this space for at least a few months at the minimum.
