Description
Single car parking space underneath a black of flats. Very easy to get in and out of. Takes between 5-10mins to walk to Bondi beach. 15-20mins to walk to Bondi Junction where there is a host of shopping facilities as well as a train station. If you prefer to catch a bus then there is one that stops a few meters from the space location and this will take you to the beach in 2mins or bondi junction in 5mins.
Rules for my space
There is is no real security features but rest assured its in an extremely safe area and there are balconeys that back onto the carpark so in full view of neighbours.
